Our process is very simple. We offer our cleaning services in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Williamsburg, and surrounding areas. All you have to do is book a cleaning appointment by calling us at 757-981-2893 or filling out the online form. You can make a special request or add special instructions. 

You will receive a confirmation call or email from our customer service, highlighting the type of service you booked and confirming the appointment time for the cleaning services in Fairfax and other areas. You can make changes to the booking through our member login.

Our staff loves animals and provides the right treatment to keep your pets safe. We take special care in using pet-friendly products when cleaning common surfaces to protect your furry friends.

Yes, our range of cleaning services includes deep cleaning. This is highly recommended for first-time clients and those who haven’t had their house professionally cleaned for months or even years.

You don’t have to stay behind during your house cleaning. You can decide whether you want to stay home when our staff cleans or carry on other chores or responsibilities. You can leave the key behind and let us know where to find it or provide us with your entry code. You will come home to a super clean house.

The cleaning duration varies based on the service(s) you select as well as the condition of your house. Typically, it takes an hour per room. However, it might take longer if the room is bigger or messier. You can get the right estimate by giving us a call to inquire about cleaning services in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and other areas.

You will be asked for a credit card number whether you book via phone or online. The credit card number is taken to reserve your spot. You will only be charged after your cleaning service has been completed. You can even select the option to pay cash, and your card won’t be charged. For recurring services, your card will be billed automatically after the completion of each cleaning service.

Our team makes the best effort to conduct all cleaning at flat-rate pricing. However, houses larger than the average size or those that have never been professionally cleaned before might require additional charges. For an accurate estimation, get in touch with us.

Our policy is flexible. You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning 48 hours before the appointment. There will be a $50.00 charge for no-notice cancellations and lockouts.  Please notify us immediately if you are sick on the day of your cleaning appointment so we can reschedule  your cleaning. Safety is our top priority for you and our staff.
